book thoughts
Jan. 5th, 2010 08:21 pmi found a book called the historian by elizabeth kostova at my local library's used book sale. about 2 weeks later someone said that they hated it. not long after that someone else said that they loved it.
which got me to thinking about opinions on books (& other things.) you could love a books, or movie, or tv show & someone else could hate the same thing. and could this kind of thing effect relationships?
like if your best friend/spouse/sibling hated something that you loved, or vice versa, could/can you agree to disagree? or would the resulting disagreement damage relations?
